Central Library is subscribing a a large collection of bibliographic databases and can be accessed from throughout the campus. Follow respective links below to access e-Databases
1. SCOPUS Citation Database
SCOPUS Citation Database is an online subscription-based abstract and citation database service, and product by Elsevier
2. Capitaline AWS
CapitalineAWS is a corporate database on more than 70,000 listed and unlisted Indian companies with their Financials and non financial information kept updated every day.
2.1. Capitaline NAV
Capitaline NAV is vastly more varied and in-depth database on the mutual fund industry. Database coverage on the mutual fund industry includes 5,000 schemes of 41 AMCs, with user-friendly data presentation — be it on an scheme/AMC, tracking NAVs, scheme details, performances, rankings, portfolios, etc.

How to Use
Users will be able to access Capitaline database by one time registration process by her/his official email id @thapar.edu.
a. Fill up the empty Boxes at your left hand side.
b. After create your password click on Register Button.
c. OTP will come at your Register Email id for Authenticate within one minute maximum.
d. After put the OTP user will get successfully Register message on the screen.
e. Now put your ID & password at your right hand side to login in to the Database.

g. Forgot password mail will come immediately at your register email to re-create password

4. CMIE ProwessIQ
“Prowess on web” is India's Largest Corporate Database on the performance of 108,886 Companies. Data available on around 3000 data fields/indicators & over 600 ready-made reports per company. It covers time series data on annual and quarterly financials, ratios, ownership, corporate governance, CSR, NPAs, equity holding, etc. Prowess also provides a directory of all the companies registered in India.
