Har Singh Mr. Har Singh has submitted his PhD Thesis to Department of Library and Information Science, Panjab University (Chandigarh), India in August 2016 under the supervision of Prof. (Mrs.) Preeti Mahajan. He has more than thirteen years professional experience in the field of Library and Information Science and currently he is working as University Assistant Librarian in Thapar University, Patiala (Punjab) since October 2013. He also worked with Indian Society of International Law (New Delhi), O.P. Jindal Global University (Sonipat) and IGNOU (New Delhi). He has published more than fifteen research papers in edited book, conference proceedings, national and international journals including Emerald. He has participated in various national and international conferences. He has done his graduation from Delhi University and holds BLIS, MLIS (Gold Medalist), PG Diploma in International Law and Diplomacy, PG Diploma in Distance Education, Certificate in ICT Applications in Libraries (CICTAL), etc. He has qualified UGC NET CUM JRF in June 2009
