Nava Nalanda Central Library

The Nava Nalanda Central Library, one of the iconic structures of TIET, occupies a prominent place on the campus, and it is truly the “Heart of the Academic Institute.” The Architecture of the library is World-acclaimed and ranked among the "26 Stunning University Libraries Around the World You Need to See". The Library is housed in a centrally air-conditioned, aesthetically designed building with about 1.5 lakh books, more than 5 lakh ebooks, 40 thousand plus e-journals & conferences, and a large quantity of database to cater to the needs of the academic fraternity. The fully automated library is equipped with an RFID system, a shelf-check system, and resources that make all processes smooth and transparent.

ABOUT THAPAR INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY

Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET) is a premier educational and research Institute located in the 250-acre lush green campus, known as Thapar Technology Campus (TTC), in the historic city of Patiala.
